Good layout, bad in practice
I got this plate with my new Thorn shifter. And I like the feel and look of it. But the way it is made (and using the lower left gate for Reverse) when shifting from 3rd to 2nd it often happens that you accidentally shift into R, which makes for a nice pirouette on track but messes up your race. I think I'm gonna order the standard 7R plate which should be a bit more reliable when shifting from 5th to 6th and hopefully not shifting into 7th.
